Mixed Berry Smoothie

Wash all fruit/veggies before adding to blender. Fresh or frozen fruit will work.

2 servings


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 c. wild blueberries
  • 1/2 c. raspberries
  • 1/2 c. strawberries
  • 1 c, fresh or frozen spinach, packed
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein of your choice (I prefer Orgain Vanilla Bean)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2-1 cup filtered water

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and pulse for 2 min. or to smoothie setting. Serve immediately and enjoy!

If you’re using all frozen ingredients, you may have to add more water.
