Wash all fruit/veggies before adding to blender. Fresh or frozen fruit will work.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 c. wild blueberries
- 1/2 c. raspberries
- 1/2 c. strawberries
- 1 c, fresh or frozen spinach, packed
- 1 inch ginger root
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 2 scoops vanilla protein of your choice (I prefer Orgain Vanilla Bean)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2-1 cup filtered water
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and pulse for 2 min. or to smoothie setting. Serve immediately and enjoy!
If you’re using all frozen ingredients, you may have to add more water.
