Mixed Berry Smoothie Mixed Berry SmoothiePrep Time 10 min. Prep Notes Wash all fruit/veggies before adding to blender. Fresh or frozen fruit will work. Yields 2 servings Ingredients 1 banana 1/2 c. wild blueberries 1/2 c. raspberries 1/2 c. strawberries 1 c, fresh or frozen spinach, packed 1 inch ginger root 1/2 lemon, peeled 2 scoops vanilla protein of your choice (I prefer Orgain Vanilla Bean) 1 cup almond milk 1/2-1 cup filtered water Directions Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and pulse for 2 min. or to smoothie setting. Serve immediately and enjoy! Notes If you’re using all frozen ingredients, you may have to add more water.
