Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (I like vanilla for this recipe but any milk of your choice will work)
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 handful ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and enjoy!
Notes
I will sub for mangos if I don’t have pineapple – fresh or frozen works!
